  • 6 large Eggs
  • 28 oz Canned crushed tomatoes
  • 1 large Red bell pepper
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup Feta cheese
