  • 1/2 lb Ground beef

  • 1/3 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Allspice
  • 1/8 tsp Nutmeg

Instructions

Mix meats with breadcrumbs, egg, grated onion, allspice, nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Brown meatballs in batches in butter. Set aside.

Add flour to pan and cook 1 minute.
