Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Chicken breast

  • 8 oz Cremini mushrooms
  • 3/4 cup Halal Marsala cooking sauce

  • 3/4 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 medium Shallots
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1/3 cup Flour
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley

Instructions

Pound chicken to even 1/2-inch thickness. Season and dredge in flour.

Brown chicken in butter and oil. Set aside.

Saute sliced mushrooms and shallots until golden.

Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Pour in Marsala sauce and broth.

Simmer until reduced by half, about 5 minutes.

Return chicken to pan. Simmer 5 minutes until sauce thickens.

Swirl in remaining butter. Garnish with parsley and serve.
