  • 1 cup Red lentils
  • 1 cup Fine bulgur
  • 2 medium Onions
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 4 stalks Green onions
  • 1/2 cup Fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 head Lettuce leaves

Instructions

Boil lentils until very soft and water is absorbed.
