Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Small eggplants
  • 1/2 lb Ground beef

    Use halal-certified beef

  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 medium Bell pepper
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup Parsley

Instructions

Partially peel eggplants. Fry until soft. Set aside.
