  • 2 pieces Large eggplants
  • 3 tbsp Tahini
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp Pomegranate seeds

Instructions
