  • 4 bunches Fresh parsley (curly)
  • 1/4 cup Fine bulgur
  • 1/2 cup Fresh mint
  • 3 medium Tomatoes
  • 4 stalks Green onions
  • 1/2 cup Lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup Olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Allspice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce
