Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken pieces

    Use halal-certified chicken

  • 2 cups Rice
  • 1 large Eggplant
  • 1 small Cauliflower
  • 1 large Onion
  • 2 tbsp Seven spice
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup Pine nuts

Instructions

Fry eggplant and cauliflower slices. Set aside.

Brown chicken with seven spice. Set aside.

Layer pot: chicken, vegetables, then rice on top.
