  • 2 lbs Chicken thighs

    Use halal-certified chicken

  • 2 pieces Preserved lemons
  • 1 cup Green olives
  • 2 large Onion
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup Fresh parsley
  • 1/4 tsp Saffron
  • 1 tsp Ground ginger
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions
