  • 3 lbs Chicken pieces

    Use halal-certified chicken

  • 4 large Onions
  • 3 tbsp Berbere spice
  • 1/2 cup Niter kibbeh
  • 6 pieces Hard-boiled eggs
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice

Instructions

Dry-sauté onions until very soft and browned, about 30 minutes.
