Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef mince

    Use halal-certified beef

  • 1/2 cup Chana dal
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 4 pieces Green chilies
  • 2 tbsp Fresh mint
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 cup Oil for frying

Instructions

Boil beef with dal, onion, and spices until very tender.
