Ingredients

  • 4 cups Mixed vegetables
  • 1/4 cup Cashews
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 large Onion
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 3 pods Cardamom
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 2 tbsp Cream

Instructions

Soak cashews in hot water 15 minutes. Blend to paste.

Sauté onions in ghee until golden. Add whole spices.
