Ingredients

For 4 servings

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 2 medium Potatoes
  • 1/4 cup Cashews
  • 1/2 cup Cream
  • 1 cup Tomato puree
  • 1 large Onion
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tbsp Kasuri methi
  • 2 cups Oil for frying

Instructions

Boil and mash potatoes. Mix with crumbled paneer and cornstarch.

Form into small balls. Deep fry until golden. Set aside.

Sauté onions until golden. Add ginger-garlic paste.
