  • 3 tbsp Mustard oil
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 3 pieces Green chilies
  • 1/2 tsp Nigella seeds
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro

Instructions

Rub fish with turmeric and salt. Lightly fry until golden. Set aside.
