  • 2 cans Chickpeas
  • 1 large Onion
  • 3 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Chana masala
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Amchur powder
  • 2 pieces Green chilies
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro

Instructions

Heat oil and add cumin seeds until they splutter.

Add onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Cook 2 minutes.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until mushy.

Add chana masala, amchur, and salt. Mix well.
