  • 8 slices American cheese
  • 4 pieces Brioche buns
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 8 slices Pickles
  • 4 leaves Lettuce
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 4 tbsp Special sauce
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions

Divide beef into 8 balls (about 3 oz each). Keep loosely packed.

Heat cast iron skillet until smoking hot.

Place ball on skillet and immediately smash with a spatula until very thin.
