Ingredients

For 4 servings

  • 1 lb Yellow noodles
  • 1/2 lb Chicken or shrimp

    Use halal-certified protein

  • 200 g Tofu (firm)
  • 2 pieces Eggs
  • 2 cups Bean sprouts
  • 1 bunch Choy sum
  • 3 tbsp Kecap manis (sweet soy)
  • 2 tbsp Chili paste
  • 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 3 pieces Shallots
  • 4 pieces Lime wedges

Instructions

Blanch noodles briefly if fresh. Drain and set aside.

Cube tofu and fry until golden. Set aside.

Heat wok over high heat. Add oil and fry garlic and shallots.

Add protein and cook until done. Push to side.

Scramble eggs in the wok. Mix with protein.

Add noodles, chili paste, kecap manis, and ketchup. Toss vigorously.

Add bean sprouts and greens. Stir-fry for 1 minute.

Serve hot with lime wedges and extra chili.
